Rachael brings a deep understanding of the emotional and psychological impacts of relationship breakdowns and loss. Her compassionate approach ensures that clients feel supported and understood as they navigate these difficult times.
Rachael has a particular expertise in helping individuals and families cope with the aftermath of infidelity, divorce and trauma through coaching and use of counselling skills.
